When they key in their email account at the login page to create new account the following error happens; TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to load form. PrestaHeroes USA Posted August 3, 2016 Share Posted August 3, 2016 Wow...1.6.0.8...in all honesty consider upgrade (now)....there really was not good ps 1.6 until 1.6.0.9. Ok, so I checked but could not get any error in console, i.e. chrome ctl+alt+j.... 1. Was this always issue? Or did this start suddenly? If suddenly its possible you load or change something in PS? 2. Sometimes when PS debug mode enabled, this can result in unpredictable results...if enabled, disable and re-test.
