roroPrestashop Posted July 28, 2016 Share Posted July 28, 2016 Hi Everyone, When testing the newsletter module, neither a confirmation or verification email is sent to the email address that signed up. rocky Posted July 28, 2016 Share Posted July 28, 2016 Check that modules/blocknewsletter/mails/<lang_iso>/newsletter_conf.html, newsletter_conf.txt, newsletter_verif.html and newsletter_verif.txt exist for the customer's selected language on your website.
