SEO URL rewritten error in subcategory

i created a link to my module page on top menu bar and it works only on home level but not subcategory level.

 

example: 

if on www.example.com and click the link, it works fine.

but if in subcategory www.example.com/jewelry/ , then click the link, it will go to 404.

in your top menu you have to use full url http://domain/com/mylink.html 

you probably use address without http and domain like /mylink.html
