DerekHJ Posted September 12, 2008 Share Posted September 12, 2008 I'm hoping for some guidence on this one, I have put prestashop onto my host server all went well. Now I have tried to import my csv file I receive the following error:FastCGI ErrorThe FastCGI Handler was unable to process the request. Error Details:The FastCGI process exceeded configured activity timeoutError Number: 258 (0x80070102).Error Description: The wait operation timed out. HTTP Error 500 - Server Error.Internet Information Services (IIS)I assume that this is a server error, just being completely un-kowledgeable about such things, I could do with some advice on how to resolve the problem or what I should ask my host to do.
