lateral Posted July 9, 2016 Share Posted July 9, 2016 Hi guys I can't see where you can set the "Reorder Level" for a product so that when the stock level drops to either equal it or is less than, then Prestashop sends the "Low stock" email to Admin.... Tab "preferences -> products -> stock management = YES Than you need also to activate the module: "mail alerts -> mercahants notifications -> out of stock = Yes" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
lateral Posted July 9, 2016 Author Share Posted July 9, 2016 Thanks for the reply. Yes, i have activated Stock Management and the Mail Alerts as well. The mail alert is working when the "Threshold " is reached. This is a global setting and I was hoping that I could set a "Threshold" for each product.... Is this possible?
