Open leftcolumn adverts in a new window

how to make that when a client clicks on a leftcolumn adverts it open in a new window but not in the same window?

First, you need to figure out which TPL file is adding the advertisement. If you're using the default theme, it should be the blockadvertising module. If you're using a third-party theme, it could be another module or it could be hardcoded in the theme. Once you find the file, look for the <a> tag surrounding the advertisement and add target="_blank"  before the >.
