mikelucid Posted May 7, 2010 Share Posted May 7, 2010 Hi, and thanks in advance for any hep to point me in the right direction.The problem is fairly simple, the customer can sign up, log in, but they cannot logout. If i clear my browser window it of corse logs out and is fine, but this is confusing for my customer.Does someone please have a suggestion?www.stretchshapes.netI have hired someone to build and install a custom Fedex API, could this somehow have messed up the logout system?Cheers,Mike Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

rocky Posted May 18, 2010 Share Posted May 18, 2010 Are you getting a blank page when you try to log out? If you are, check your PHP errorlog for an error message or edit config/config.inc.php and temporarily change "display_errors" from "off" to "on" so that you get an error message instead of a blank page.
