The default customer care messaging service in PS looks like doesn't read base64 encoded mails, reporting the content as clearly unreadable. The problem is now i have some unreadable messages from customers, and thank God i set to store in my original incoming mails before to sync in the PS recipients. So far, so good, i can still read them originally, but not from the PS panel. My question is: in order to not wasting my time looking there then going to PS and blablabla, is there a way to convert them to readable text into PS back? Thanks in advance! I still have the same problem on PS v1.6.1.11... anyway, there isn't the path Tools/Swift/Swift/Message/Headers.php, i guess it changed on this latest release. Where i can find it?
