Site Not Working - Host Advised Script Issue?

Hi,

 

I'm really hoping someone can help me as I have no clue what to do!!

 

I cannot open m website or get into the back office. It was fine last night then this morning I can't access it.

 

My hosting support said this:

 

Thank you for your recent telephone enquiry (160625-000067).

 

As promise, this is the update of the latest phone enquiry. I have checked the error logs and it seems that the issue is with the script. Please see below:

First switch on development mode

Next look at the source code of the pages (rightclick in the browser and select source code) in both front and backoffice for any error message.

 

Finally: report here with more details. "it doesn't work" isn't very helpful for people who try understand what goes wrong in your setting.

Thanks for that, I have done what you suggested and there are errors showing on both the back office page and the home page. I can't reach any pages beyond and they state server errors.

 

I'm not at all technical and there are a lot of errors showing on the homepage and a few on the back office.

I have since taken it out of development mode and can still get into back office and home page. Home page is not showing any images and all other pages from there show HTTP 404 error message.

The bolded log needs to be fixed our server does not want to use MultiView but you need to use ModRewrite instead.
