Image Help Please?

I know that there's probably something relatively simple that I'm missing.   

 

I have a product set up in my store - but the image is not showing in the "New Arrivals" box on the home page.

Also no picture shows up when clicking on any of the categories on the menu header.   Though there is one when you open the product for details. 

 

I bet this is an easy fix - but I couldn't find anything about it in the set up guide.

i see the pictures in new arrivals , for te categories images that says not image, you must add a image to each category
