[SOLVED] Easier way to import combinations to my products

Is there an easier way to set combinations to my products rather than going to one product page in BO and setting the Combinations tab one by one ... maybe there's an import CSV kinda thing just like importing products ... ?

You can import attribute combinations using the CSV import tool, but you have to create the combinations yourself. You can't just import attributes and then have PrestaShop generate the combinations for them. I'm not sure whether that is any easier than using the Back Office, since you could make a mistake when manually creating all the combinations of attributes.

Ok I read your thread and I think i was being ignorant to not notice the Combination generator .. heheh .. anyway .. that combination generator really is great .. but is there a way to set the same combination for a number of products .... rather than going through each product and generating it then to another product and then generating it ... and so on ....

So i'd like to set This kind of combination is for product 1,2,4,3,5,7 only and then another combination is for product 23,32,55,43,54,44 ....

is this possible ?

No, it is not possible to do that with PrestaShop, though Tomer has written an Attribute Order Module that lets you copy attributes from one product to another or to an entire category.

Ok That module is a great one .... I just wish it could be free... heheheh .. I want to try and get everything for free .. and open source anyway ... thanks for the info ...
