Google sitemap oficial PS module timeout

Hi, i am getting script timeout white generating google site map using official module. It just generate index of site map, start with english version and stop in the middle.

 

90s timeout is just not enought to generate it. Many modules count with this and "remember" where it stop and continue in next run. Or use java script. But this module just can not generate in on hostings with timeout.

 

Do you please have any idea how to solve it?

 

I can not change the limit.

 

Any other module which cen generate google xml map from Prestashop counting with limited time for script?

I had the same problem, tried all different version, turning off the cache etc.

all did not work, until I noticed that this file 1_index_sitemap.xml was the problem in the root

I think it either tries to delete it or override it and it fails and it keeps waiting for it until it times out.

When I deleted this file it worked like a charm.
