help client login

hi i have a problem: 

when i create a new client by front office i insert all infomation but when i click in submit the page redirects to the login again , also when i logged in the page when i wanna logout the page logouts me but my name still here. 

what's wrong?

if it redirects and puts a '1' in the (I think) email address, then your php level is to  high and has been upgraded by your  hosting.  ask if you  can run 5.5.something.

 

if not that then you will need  to post link for community to test.
