Change tax rate without changing total price of product

Hi to all members.

Tax rate in my country is raising for 1%. I need to change the vat but keep the prices or products unchanged.

Is there a way to do this?

I think several modules can do it. Of course you can also recalculate prices directly in the database. How exactly, it depends on you products (multistore, combinations, specific prices).
