How to change the Order confirmation title ?

I have configured the order_conf.html and the style of the confirmation e-mail is like I want. But I don't know where can I edit the title of the confirmation mail, which is currently "Order confirmation".. How can I change it to my language ?

You need to modify line 8 of mails/yourlang/lang.php. For example, this is line 8 of mails/fr/lang.php:

$_LANGMAIL['Order confirmation'] = 'Confirmation de commande';

That's what the English language is supposed to look like, but the other languages shouldn't look like that. Perhaps you are using an old language pack. Copy the lang.php from the French language file:

Thanks that worked. But how to change the "Preparation in progress" title ?

That can be translated in the Back Office. Go to Orders > Statuses, click the Edit button next to "Preparation in progress", then click the flag next to "Name" and click on each flag to translate the name into the other languages.
