Good morning. I am trying to access to the "store details" in Prestashop cloud to get my FTP user and the server details. After a while I get a "504 gateway time out" error. I opened a ticket to Prestashop ten days ago and still there is no response. I am blocked since then and I don't know how to contact prestashop any other way. Or is there any other way to get my FTP user data?
I also have some problems to load the CSV files. It only loads around 50 products each time I do it. I think it is probably the same problem but this is not so critical.
I appreciate very much if someone could help me on this.
