shokinro Posted May 4, 2016 Share Posted May 4, 2016 You have create separate email template for each RMA status you want to use, and then you can have to change the code to send separated emails based on RMA status. (For order status - you are able to specify at order statuses management tab, but for RMA status, you can to change code to implement that).
