bestricambi Posted May 2, 2016 Share Posted May 2, 2016 Ciao. da qualche giorno, se mando il link di un prodotto ad un cliente, mi dice che non riesce ad aprirlo mentre io, cliccando anche sulla mail che invio, lo vedo. Oggi l'ennesimo cliente mi dice lo stesso e mi è venuto in mente di provare da casa ed effettivamente, non riesco ad aprire le pagine dei prodotti, visualizzo l'home page ma se clicco i prodotti in vetrina o, dopo averli cercati con il cerca e trovati, ci clicco sopra, appare una pagina bianca con scritto nell'angolo superiore "fatal error". A qualcuno è già successo ed ha trovato il problema? Così il sito è inutilizzabile. Uso ancora Prestashop 1.5 Grazie Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
