Can't access to backoffice black screen (dev mode true) [Solved]

Hi! I'm trying to migrate a shop from a server to localhost. I have followed all the steps from the prestashop doc.

 

Copy data, copy BBDD, change domains to localhost, configuration, permissions, delete cache..........

 

The frontoffice works fine but I can't login into the backoffice. I only get a black screen without any error.

 

I have already set: define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);

try to clear cookies in browser (clear browser cache)

I have cleared cookies. I tried with chrome and firefox but I get the same black screen.

so, sadly speaking case needs an inspection

have you got an access to server PHP error log?

may i know the address to back office?

I have solved the problem making a backup from hosting bakcoffice prestashop instead of phpmyadmin export. Then I downloaded the entire website to localhost with a ftp.
