displaying excluding taxes prices

Hello,

I'm using prestashop cloud, in France, the shop display included taxes prices (perfect for me)

 

On other countries (i tried in Belgium), the shop display excluding taxes prices.

I add one product, create an account and the shop display including taxes prices.

 

My shop have to display ALWAYS including taxes

 

I tried to check customer groups, visitor and guest is with "including taxes"

 

Do you have tips for me ?

Hello, 

 

I do a test in France :

- private navigation, i go to my shop : all prices include taxes (Perfect !)

 

I do a test in Belgium (configured for possibility to delivery in belgium) :

- private navigation, i go to my shop : all prices EXCLUDE taxes (damm)

- i add one product

- i go to cart : all excluded taxes prices

- i create a new account (i choose beligum)

- i choose delivery

- paymant page, it's the summary : all prices include taxes !

- i come back to the home page, all prices include taxes ! 

- i re-open a new private navigation (ctrl+shift+n) and shop display excluded taxes ! damm !

Hi

 

You probably have not setup the tax rule for the country.

 

In Backoffice go to Localization->Tax Rules. Edit the appropriate tax rule. This should display a list of countries. Click on edit button of the country you want the tax applied to. Choose the tax rule and save. You should be good to go.
