selectshop.at Posted April 4, 2016 Share Posted April 4, 2016 I suppose that the theme has also an theme configuration page ? Please check on tab "preferences -> theme" or perhaps a new extra tab on your dashboard (at the end). If the theme has own modules, than you will find them on modules list. On this page you will find a filter bar on where you can filter by developer. Search for the developer (last field on right of the filter bar). selectshop.at Posted April 4, 2016 Share Posted April 4, 2016 Yes I read, and nothing changes on the answer: as you are using own theme I presupose that this feature is not a module if you don't find it on modules list, but a fix part of your theme configuration. You should take a look into the theme configuration if you don't find the module separately on the module list. As we don't know each third part developed addon or theme, the best way is to ask theme developer if you don't find the module anywhere.... BTW each bought theme has an instruction file added to him (pdf, txt). Take a look into the download package of the theme if you don't want to ask the developer.
