I am not sure what else i can do? If you cannot sort out this, then you are going to need more dedicated support that apparently your old 'helper' provided. I managed to find the ftp file but i cannot find the particular section it stated to change in the coding. do you have an e-mail that i could send this code over and you could check what i am missing?
