It asks that number where customers can put any number in order to finalize their order. Since customers don't know what to put there it confuses them and they give up their order. That field comes up as required field where customers put down their addresses and phone numbers for shipping. Can anyone tell me how to remove that field ? tdr170 Posted March 24, 2016 Share Posted March 24, 2016 Look in Localization, Countries and edit a Country abd see if Need tax identification number is set to yes, if so set to NO.
