ccw0103 Posted March 23, 2016 Share Posted March 23, 2016 Basically it has been dragging on months, everytime the conversation results in me asking for a response, after some time there will be a completely new people from the module developer and I have to say it all over again, I have spoken to three of their guys and this last guy just speaks broken English to me and says he doesnt understand when I ask for a refund. Seriously, I feel like I have been played along all this time and even when I uninstall and disable the module, it is still creating problem for my site! I found no way in contacting Prestashop for this matter and the addons email page just direct me straight back to the developer...lol Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

tdr170 Posted March 23, 2016 Share Posted March 23, 2016 At Prestashop.com in the footer is a Contact us area there is a phone # and anemail link call or email them directly.
