customer can't login

dear experts,

i have a problem to login as a customer , after success created the account i tried to login not error show , it just return back to the login page , i tried in the local sever it work fine but when i upload to my web hosting server , the login can't function . please help....

Check you php version.. It might be having a bug

Some PHP 5 versions are bugged and prevent PrestaShop from working correctly:
PHP 5.2.1 (authentication is impossible)
PHP 5.2.6 (authentication is impossible under 64bits servers)
PHP 5.2.9 (image management/upload broken)
PHP < 5.2 (invalid date timezone)

if my web hosting server is using PHP version 5.2.6, any solution to solve my login problem ? like change some code and add some code ?
