members club possible (discount and benefits)?

Hi.

I want to create a members club giving speciel discounts and benefits for paying users.

1) The user should be able to buy a membership (valid for 1 year) for an amount of XX as a virtual product from their profile.

2) When payment is accepted a voucher is generated with an unique code but global description like "CLUB MEMBER" for identification in the module code. The unique code is used as their personal member number and recorded with their profile. The discount is fixed and also global and valid for 1 year.

3) 1 month before expiration, an email should be sent out reminding the user to renew membership. If they dont pay, it will expire and become disabled. Whey it is renewed it should enable it and set a new expiration date.

4) The member discount should be visible on order.php.

Is this possible, and if so what is the best way to make this.
Can I use the voucher system in some smart way modifying it to fit my needs?

Please check this thread, there is paid module that could handle almost all membership related issue.
Membership sign up/membership fee/membership expiration(by days/months/years)/membership discount (%) and a lot more features.
