Help With Carrier Combination/configuration

Hey guys , i need some help with my ps 1.6.0.9 store.

 

I have 3 carriers

 

1. SEUR (paid)
2. Gratis (free shipping)
3. Recogida en almacen (pick up in store) - free o charge / the client picks up the order.

Then when a client orders product 1 + product 2 it only allows him to select "Recogida en almacen" , he sould be able to choose from Recogida en almacen and the combination of "SEUR" and "Gratis"

 

Product 1 has:

• Recogida en almacen
• seur

Product 2 has

• Recogida en almacen
• Gratis

The client should be able to choose from (combination of SEUR and Gratis) and Recogida en almacen.

 

Where should i look into?
