Showing Coupon Code In Window Popup Cart

Hi everybody,

I would like showing my coupon codes in the window popup that opens when customers add a product to cart in the way that they notice the possibility to have a immediately discount.

Someone can help me?

This popup is displayed by the blockcart module so to have some coupon inserted there you would probably need to add some custom hook in that place and write a module that selects the coupon and inserts it there.

 

Or you can just hard code the coupon in the blockcart.tpl file and remember to change that code when the coupon changes.

 

Of course this way the customer would have to apply the coupon in the cart, applying it immediately on click would require even more programming.
