(solved) Suddenly no emails

All of a sudden we are no longer receiving emails when a product is bought. We are also not receiving emails from customer enquiries. The customer is not receiving emails of order conformation.

We can email ourselves direct so I don't think it is a server issue.

We have not changed any settings on our shop so I am stuck as to where to start.

Anyone have any suggestions. Have looked through previous posts but no luck there

Have tried all the mods but no luck.

Then check with your host, maybe they changed their email and require you to use the smtp mail option.

I think I may have solved it.

I have logged on to my Virtual server, stopped it and then started it again. This looks like it may have solved the problem. Thanks for the help and the code. I have left it all in place.
