Customer Order-Comment - Sending To Admin Email

Am I mistaken, please tell me - but I was certain that I used to get the order-comment on email as well as into the customerservice in BO.

 

Maybe not?? Do I remember incorrectly?

an email is sent when a comment is made from user. so you are saying you didn't get email upon comment submission?

That is correct.

 

When a customer place an order, and adds a comment to that order - I don't get this to my e-mail registered for the store.

 

If a user goes to /contact and sends a message, this arrives to my mail-box.

Even though this is an old thread, I'm having the exact same problem, with two Prestashop 1.6 shops.

Do you have the correct email selected in Advanced Parameters > Email? Do you receive the test email?

Yes, I'm getting all other mails just fine. I'm using an external smtp-server (Mailjet)
