GiacomobelloMirko Posted December 10, 2015 Share Posted December 10, 2015 Ho acquistato su Prestashop un modulo "Custom Fields during the ordering process" quanto cerco di installarlo mi viene il messaggio di errore "Non è stato possibile installare correttamente i seguenti moduli: cdcustomfields4orders :" Qualcuno mi sa dire come installarlo? o perchè accade questo? Hai provato a sentire lo sviluppatore del modulo? PrestaShop oltre ad offrire un servizio commerciale offre sui prodotti messi in vendita anche un OTTIMO servizio di assistenza. Giorgio M. Posted December 11, 2015 Share Posted December 11, 2015 Il modulo è compatibile con la 1.6.1.3 ? Prova nuovamente a contattare lo sviluppatore. Un'alternativa potrebbe essere quella di scompattare il modulo e caricarlo direttamente via ftp nella cartella modules.
