Newbie Here and I need some suggestions.

I am new here and I was hoping for some advise.

 

I am building an online consignment shop. I need to create a page where customers can send me info on items they have to sell. SO I would need to create some sort of form with image upload capabilities.

 

Is there a module for this or is this something I can create within the default template?
