How to change colours on my theme?

Hi

I purchased a template and need to change the background to black. and also all text (writing to white)

 

And all the borders (outlines) to gold/yellow.

How would I do this and what css code needs to be used? and where?  The image to the left is how the site currently looks...

It depends on the template, really. Doesn't it have a theme editor? Would be great if you could share the site's url

The site is in maintenance mode...  so hope this link works

There are some settings to the right, but cannot figure them out. Maybe just easier to load new css code to make changes?

 

what would you recommend?

It's IP driven so I can't see it.
Anyway Try using them, and if you really can't figure them out, use the dev tools to backtrack the theme's main css file (which might be different from global.css)
