Prestashop 1.5.3.1 Admin Login, User Login and Cart Issues

Hi I'm new in the forum and I have the current issue with my prestashop 1.5.3.1

 

1.- I can't login to the admin page even  if my password is correct and I'm getting this error

 

 

 

2.- Our users can register but they cant login into their accounts and also we cant add products in the cart.

I can only try (2.) front office.

I suspect there is similar issue when trying to login in to back office.

 

Enable PS debug mode, to see if more information displayed about 500 error.  Also check you hosting php error log.

(how to see errors I displayed  using Chrome-->ctl+alt+j and see 'console'.

the php error log should be accessible via your hosting control panel.  if you have trouble locating contact your hosting provider.
