lemonpromotions Posted October 9, 2015 Share Posted October 9, 2015 My clients believe that the date of birth requirement in the checkout is causing people to cancel orders. While I can reassure them this is not the case (I am not 100% this is true by the way) they would like to try this and find out for themselves. It appears difficult to remove this field without editing core files - the ideal situation would be to turn it off and on easily and not have to worry about core fields being overwritten when updated. Not totally against the idea of using a module or addon to control this, but when I went to the prestashop addons site I was informed that no such addon existed and was given the URL for the user manual.
