Back office keep logging me out, which does that I can't create product etc. I have tried following. - Logging on at a different network on a different computer - Set the "check cookie IP address" turned off - Lifetime of cookies set to 10.000 Nothing seems to work, and none of the solution I have googled seems to work. I have Prestashop v. 1.6.1.1 with default bootstrap theme. would appreciate if anyone can help me. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
selectshop.at Posted September 30, 2015 Share Posted September 30, 2015 You should contact your provider. I'm confident, that your server has keep-alive turned off. If he cannot solve the problem, you should take into consideration to change to another provider on which the server has keep-alive activated. selectshop.at Posted October 1, 2015 Share Posted October 1, 2015 Keep alive on your server is restricted to 100 seconds, that's why your are logged out after 100 seconds.
