Monica Perez Posted September 21, 2015 Share Posted September 21, 2015 I have two prestashops. The first one is an installation and configuration done in a xampp local server. When i finished, including generating my catalog of products, I moved it to my web hosting for production. The two are identical as I moved a copy of files and database to the hosting. Then, in the production one, if a category of products selected it says "There are no products in this category". I have reviewed all the configuration, and all the solutions provided to similar issues posted in this forum, without results. Thank you in advance for your help. shacker Posted September 23, 2015 Share Posted September 23, 2015 can be a bad import. in modules, use the scleaner module, and check the database integrity, force compile, clear cache. Also you changed the shop url in tables? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Doing more troubleshooting, I have found out that if Faceted Search Module is deactivated, then products appear in the categories. For the moment I have kept Faceted Search Module deactivated, though it would be nice to have that fancy feature :-) Any ideas? Thank you so much.
