Items displayed incorrectly on the frontpage

As appears from the enclosed screen dump page is divided into 2 parts.

In the red zone, the products are always the same, while the goods underneath running as it should as the setting is under "Items that appear on the front" and "Randomly display" on.

I can not change it in any way and the differences are the same whether I hit "Randomly display" on or off.

The page displays not the correct number of items that are set to 60

What is wrong and what can I do to remove the goods in the red zone?

Is there no one who can help me with my problem? because of the problem with the upper part always shows the same goods when my page is displayed, my sales have gone down by over 50% so it is quite important to me that the page is displayed correctly.​
