After 1.6.1.1 update, all manually entered orders are messing up.

I manually enter a lot of orders daily.   

I noticed that after upgrading to 1.6.1.1 when I manually enter an order i am having trouble but only with items that have customization.

 

Items that are customizable, show up with the wrong quantity.  The invoice wants to double charge the customer.   It will put 2 for the quantity, no matter what I do.

 

Does anybody have any clue what is going on and how i can fix this??

I went to that website but could not navigate my way around.  I am not a developer, and i have no idea where to go to issue a bug report.

 

I was hoping it would be a simple fix, but i guess not.

Has there been a fix for this?  Has anyone been able to resolve this?   

This is costing me money.  I used to manually enter 5 to 10 orders a week for customers but now I am not able to process any manual orders.
