Skysomething Posted September 16, 2015 Share Posted September 16, 2015 (edited) Hallo. Delivery is based on weight. In BO I created weight ranges in delivery (2. step) and set everything. Weight ranges don't overlaps. When making order as buyer in FO, delivery costs are calculated as they should but only for first and second range. After that, when adding more products, it says that delivery cost will be calculated based on delivery address. When deducting products (and weight), it calculate delivery cost correctly again (then is back to first and second weight range again). Everything is in Croatian, but you'll see in pics what's happening. Did I create too many ranges? How much ranges can be set? Any ideas? Help please. Thank you. But when I add products so weight is in second range or add more of one product to chart, it won't take price of second, third... range. Look at pics attached. HELP PLEASE! Thanks. It takes first (0-1) and second (1-2) range right but it won't take third... EDIT: it just wont go over 2 kg, no matter in what range it is. So it calculate everything right up to 2 kg. Slovenija is in Europe, so you need to have this configurated too. On the screen attached add to Europe the prices KN 1.0000, KN 2.0000 etc.... I checked also Europe, added the same prices as for AT and it is working well since 5 years by this way. You should give a try. This shop sells only to AT. BTW: I tried to add something to the cart. I had the Intereurope carrier. This seems to be working.... only one product with 500 ml = 25,00 kn Intereuropa second product with 500 ml = 25,00 kn third product with 500 ml = 25,00 kn fourth product with 500 ml, but making cart over 200,00 = besplatno - (free carrier ?) Sorry, I was testing next range, but I cannot reach 2.000 kg, cause it seems that you added for 200,00 free carrier.
