PayPal Problems

Hi All

 

I am a newbie to PrestaShop. At present I am experiencing problems with PayPal checkout.

 

I receive the following error message

 

 

"

Error occurred:

Please try to contact the merchant:

1. <b>PayPal response:</b>
2. TIMESTAMP -> 2015-09-11T17:50:43Z
3. L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10002
4. L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Security error
5. L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> Security header is not valid
6. L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error

 

any idea's as to what the problem might be? I am running PrestaShop 1.6.1.1 and the PayPal Europe module V. 3.10.2.

Most likely there is a problem with your API credentials. Please do the following: 

 

1. Make sure you do not have sandbox mode active. 

2. Double and triple check your Paypal API credentials. 

 

After this give it another try. Report back with results.

Paypal Intégral Evolution 3.10.2 on PS1.6.1.1 with ssl activated on the shop

 

Same bug like you on mobile 

 

And on Desktop, the process is ok, but at the end : there is no order registred on backend, no confirmation email for customer.

 

I have tested to disable and deleted paypal module, no effect !

 

Apparently, we need now to have SSL certificat with G5 level ?

(but when I have disabled the ssl navigation on my shop, the bug is the same)
