WAMP Installation to run Prestashop on local drive

Hi,

Just installed WAMP on my computer and I'm getting error when when run PhpAdmin - Error#1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

I haven't configured the WAMP yet, as soon as the installation was completed I run my PhpAdmin and i got this error.

Relevant to this, how do I setup a database under SQLiteManager to be use on my Prestahop installation (local)? Or is there another way of running PShop lcoally?

If no one else comes to help you with wamp, I got a local install using xampp
It was pretty easy. I had to change a file to enable mod rewrite and I think that was about it, (other than messing around to make it not conflict with my IIS)

xampp comes with mysql. I didn't try SSL and I don't know how to set-up the mail server but other than that, my local install works just fine.
