Note into back office email sent to customer

Hi, I would like to ask you one advise. When I have personal delivery on exact address let´s say that I have address 1 that is permanent and only there customer can pick up goods. But we needs to arrange time and day in advance. This is per email or per telephone. Then I go into BO and change status of order to - personal picking up - I have changed item cheque and then customer receives email that we have agreed on this. But as you know, these email are fixed and can´t be amended before releasing from Presta. Is there any chance how can I put note into this with exact day and time?

But is has also to be written somewhere in Presta but where? does it need probably some code modification right?

yes, you need customization of:
- template (to create some kind of "input" box where you will have to eneter the nb of days etc.)

- controller (to "save" and "send" this input)

- database - to store this value somewhere for each order
