creating category or store to sell only usa

hello i want to know how can i add category or substore that i can sell only usa front store to ship worldwide then i want to add CATEGORY USA there i add only products that will ship from usa , and how about shipping to show only on "USA"

You can create a carrier that ships only to the US and assign that to the products in that category. The catch is that that carrier will also show up in the list of carriers for all other products. If you would want to remove it there you might need some mass edit tool like Triple Edit.

i can see multiple shops does that mean i can setup url then front will be international and other USA ?
