Subcategory thumbnail not showing/updating

Hello

So when you go into the Hijabs category all the subcategories thumbnails say "No image avaialble"

 

To try and change the images I go from back office to Categories->the subcategory->add thumbnail->upload

 

But nothing changes.

 

I tried googling and this is the closest thing I found: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/286998-solved-sub-category-image-not-appearing/.

 

I have the image in the img/c/ folder update with the name "16-0_thumb.jpg" automatically when I make the back office entry as described above.

 

Using firebug if I make the following change it works:

img/c/en-default-medium_default.jpg to img/c/16-0_thumb.jpg

 

Any help will be really appreciated. Thank you very much.

"add thumbnail" is not the option to add category image.

thank you very much. i uploaded in the image section and the thumbnail is now a preview of that image.

 

Just wondering, is there a way to make these two images different. For example the image to be one image and the thumbnail that shows up something else.
