Prestashop Site not Loading Well

Good day, and Thanks in advance.

 

I created my first ps site, it took me and my junior bro months of hardwork and sleepless nights to put it all together, so after stepping away from it for a month i decided to host it on the internet.

 

before hosting everything was fine, i checked the whole site and it still looked ok, just the same way i left it.

 

then i zipped my files, uploaded them,

then put the site on maintainance mode,

changed the site's URL at SEO's and URL to the new site "ibilestores.com"

made chaanges in "settings.ini" file

extrated the site's database from phpmyadmin.

changed the site name in the sql file

imported it to my hosting page phpmyadmin.

deleted the cache

 

i believe i followed every step

 

 

then i realised something was wrong on my computer, but i ignored it since i was uploading it on the internet already.

then it doesn't work on the internet. after hours of battling with it,

 

1. the site didnt load, gave a message to contact the webmaster

2. it complained to too many redirects

3. it brought up the 500 error

4. it brought up the 404 error

5. the admin page loads without any atom of images or colour

 

 

i checked my computer the localhost and voala it doesnt work also.

 

gave me the same errors as earlier

 

all this occured one after the other after i retraced my steps and battled with it for long

 

i retraced all my steps and tried to fix all my changes. 

 

the images attached shows the best i could do, please can someone help me.

 

so i am thinking i should try fixing the problem on my computer first of all, then if it is fixed and it works i would upload it all over again.
