Belvg Store Locator Module

I bought this module and installed it, with the hook to the Product Page Footer.

 

It doesn't show up.

When I click on the default store locator link, this page shows up BROKEN and in FRENCH. (I am English).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I assume you have had No Reply to your question when you informed Belvg of your problem as you would not be raising this topic on the forum if you had.

 

Anyway, your first link does not show anything but the second link gives me this:

Back office > Localisation > Translations

Thanks for your replies. I'm not a newbie ... of course, I contacted the developer this morning, but it is Saturday and they are in Europe. I don't know when they will get back to me and I need to get this site finished by Monday. The developer's website is pretty impressive. I hope they provide good support for their product.
