I has ready deleted caches and cookis I'm sure that I insert the right password. The option ( I forgot my password ) is also not possible answer: There is one error. This account does not exist. I paid for a new domain a couple of days before. I brought a couple of days before a new domain by prestashop. I know that the problem caused by prestashop, because I'm sure that i got the right passwort. I used a ticket vor my problem but everything what was comming back, that I must pay 99 euro for passwort recovering. Is this a manner of Prestashop?
