An error has occurred during the file copy.

Hi,

 

I'm trying to upload a new theme. I'm used direct upload from .zip and use a web URL and even the ftp method and they all return an error.

 

my PHP setting have max file upload to 64mb and the theme is 54mb

 

I have chmod the folder to 744 and 777 and no change.

 

I have cleared browser and server cache and still no change.

 

I also get internal error 500 sometimes when trying to upload.

 

 

Any ideas what the problem could be?

files have to changed to 775

 

debug mode is turned to true and this was the result (excellent advice)

I have checked and the folders exist....any ideas?

please provide your PrestaShop version.  1.6.0.9 or less?  if so maybe this help

also I should have stated better permissions (preferred), 755 folders, 644 files, 664 .htaccess
