alhefner
This is only a suggestion of something to try. Delete your browser cache and cookies for that domain. Sometimes with heavily scripted sites, that clears up the issue. Edited July 11, 2015 by alhefner (see edit history)

selectshop.at
Activate debug modus and read the errors you are having: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information-blank-page-500-internal-server-error/
Bosworthsgc
Fatal error: The encoded file /home/linweb37/s/shop.bosworthsgc.co.uk/user/htdocs/modules/ebay_rev1/eBayModuleRev1.php has expired. in Unknown on line 0 This is the error we are getting. It looks like it is a module that we have on trial. We have been encountering issues with the module anyway and the developer is looking into this for us. As we are unable to get into the back office, should I go in via FTP and delete this module? Thanks
selectshop.at
I assume you don't know, if your ebay module is actual ? Are you using this module ? If not, than delete it with FTP access.
Bosworthsgc
We were using the module as a trial BUT we had some issues and it was not functioning correctly The developer was looking in to the issues We have emailed them with this debug error At the moment we cannot access our back office at all Just wondering if I delete the module in FTP is this the same as doing it through the Modules part of the back office?
